Ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν, σε συνομιλία με τον πρωθυπουργό του Λουξεμβούργου, Xavier Bettel, σημείωσε την απαράδεκτη φύση των αμερικανικών στρατιωτικών-βιολογικών δραστηριοτήτων στην Ουκρανία, αναφέρει η υπηρεσία Τύπου του Κρεμλίνου.
Ο Πούτιν σημείωσε τον απαράδεκτο χαρακτήρα των στρατιωτικών-βιολογικών δραστηριοτήτων των ΗΠΑ στην Ουκρανία, που αποτελεί τεράστιο κίνδυνο τόσο για τη Ρωσία όσο και για ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη.
”υπήρχε επίσης ένα δίκτυο δεκάδων εργαστηρίων που λειτουργούσε στην Ουκρανία όπου στρατιωτικά προγράμματα βιολογικών όπλων συμπεριλαμβανομένων πειραμάτων με δείγματα κορονοιών, άνθρακα , χολέρας, αφρικανικής πανώλης των χοίρων και άλλων θανατηφόρων ασθενειών διεξάγονταν υπό την καθοδήγηση και την οικονομική υποστήριξη του Πεντάγωνου. Τα ίχνη αυτών των μυστικών προγραμμάτων καλύπτονται τώρα με επιμονή…”
