Το βάρος και την προτεραιότητα στην επιχείρηση απολύτου ελέγχου της εγκεφαλικής λειτουργίας των ανθρώπων, δίνει το νέο δεκαετές πρόγραμμα της αμερικανικής μυστικής υπηρεσίας, της CIA.
Σύμφωνα με το πρόσφατα εκδοθέν βιβλίο με τον χαρακτηριστικό τίτλο : «Poisoner in Chief» και τον συγγραφέα του Αμερικανό ερευνητή και ακτιβιστή, Stephen Kinzer, μιλώντας στο Εθνικό Λαϊκό Ραδιόφωνο των ΗΠΑ, (NPR) αποκάλυψε ότι το νέο μυστικό πρόγραμμα της CIA δίνει ύψιστη προτεραιότητα στα μεθόδους και στην επιχείρηση ελέγχου και προσανατολισμό της σκέψης και της εγκεφαλικής λειτουργίας.
Το πρόγραμμα αυτό έχει σαν βασικό σκοπό τον έλεγχο της ανθρωπότητας σε όλους τους τομείς της ανθρώπινης δραστηριότητας, στρατό, οικονομία, κοινωνία, θρησκεία, κλπ.
Μάλιστα, όπως αποκάλυψε ο Stephen Kinzer, έχουν ήδη γίνει σημαντικά πειράματα στον τομέα αυτό σε φυλακισμένους σε αμερικανικές φυλακές, όπως επίσης και σε φυλακισμένους σε φυλακές της Ιαπωνίας, Γερμανίας και Φιλιππίνων.
Υπάρχει και προϊστορία στον ίδιο τομέα από τον δεύτερο παγκόσμιο πόλεμο, όταν πρώτοι οι Γερμανοί Ναζί, όπως και οι Ιάπωνες, είχαν κάνει τα πρώτα πειράματα έλεγχου της σκέψης για πολεμικούς σκοπούς.
