Μνήμες από την εξαφάνιση της πτήσης MH370 της Malaysia Airlines ξυπνούν με την εξαφάνιση ακόμη ενός αεροσκάφους, αυτή τη φορά της εταιρίας AirAsia.
Το Airbus A320-200 είχε 155 επιβάτες και πλήρωμα και είχε απογειωθεί από την Σαραμπίγια της Ινδονησίας με προορισμό τη Σιγκαπούρη. Στις 07:24 το πρωί όμως (τοπική ώρα), το αεροπλάνο έχασε κάθε επαφή με τα ραντάρ και από εκείνη την ώρα αγνοείται!
Την εξαφάνιση της πτήσης QZ8501 επιβεβαίωσε μέσω Twitter και Facebook και η AirAsia, τονίζοντας πως για την ώρα δεν υπάρχουν πληροφορίες σχετικά με τους επιβάτες και το πλήρωμα του αεροπλάνου.
