«Ξεκίνησε η τελευταία φάση ανατροπής του Νικολάς Μαδούρο» όπως ανακοίνωσε ο ίδιος ο αυτοανακυρηχθείς Πρόεδρος της χώρας, Χουάν Γκουαϊδό, με ανάρτησή του στο twitter.
Δημοσιεύοντας ένα βίντεο ο Γκουαϊδό υποστηρίζει ότι διαθέτει πλέον τη στήριξη του στρατού τονίζοντας παράλληλα ότι έγραψε αυτό το βίντεο από τη βάση La Carlotta, μίας εξαιρετικής σημασίας βάση στο Καράκας από όπου είχε ξεκινήσει παλαιότερα και το πραξικόπημα του Τσάβες.
«Οι ένοπλες δυνάμεις της χώρας έλαβαν τη σωστή απόφαση και βασίζονται στην υποστήριξη του λαού της Βενεζουέλας», αναφέρει ο Γκουαιδό.
