Για την ασφάλεια της κοινωνίας θα πρέπει όλοι να χειρουργηθούν και να λάβουν στον εγκέφαλο το τσιπάκι. Θα βάλουμε τους δημοσιογράφους να μιλάνε στο συναίσθημα, να δείχνουν εγκλήματα βιασμών παιδιών, ξυλοδαρμών γυναικών και ανθρωποκτονιών. Μετά θα βγουν οι νευροχειρουργοί στις τηλεοράσεις να μιλάνε και να λένε ότι το τσιπ θα αναλύει την ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά και θα σταματάει τις εξάψεις βίας. Όποιος δεν το βάλει θα θεωρηθεί εγκληματίας ή τρομοκράτης και θα είναι επικίνδυνος για τέλεση εγκλήματος.
