«Από την Κυριακή το βράδυ ξεκινάμε απεργιακές κινητοποιήσεις με διακοπές ρεύματος σε όλη την Ελλάδα τα νησιά την Κρήτη αλλά και τη Ρόδο», υποστήριξε ο πρόεδρος εργαζομένων του ομίλου της ΔΕΗ Κώστας Μανιάτης.
Μιλώντας στο ραδιόφωνο Ελλάδα 94,3 και τον Βαγγέλη Γιακουμή ο Κώστας Μανιάτης ανέφερε ότι το νομοσχέδιο του υπουργείου Ενέργειας διαλύει ΔΕΗ και ο υπουργός με το νομοσχέδιο αυτό λειτουργεί ως εκπρόσωπος ιδιωτικών συμφερόντων.

Παράλληλα τόνισε πως όταν υπάρχει απεργιακή κινητοποίηση σίγουρα θα έχουμε διακοπές ρεύματος αλλά θα προειδοποιούμε τις ώρες και που θα κατεβαίνει ο διακόπτης ανέφερε ο κ.Μανιάτης.
Οι αντιδράσεις της ΓΕΝΟΠ
Η ΓΕΝΟΠ μόλις έγιναν γνωστές οι αλλαγές που έρχονται στη ΔΕΗ, όπως η κατάργηση της μονιμότητας ανακοίνωσε πως προσανατολίζεται σε 48ωρες επαναλαμβανόμενες απεργίες, ως αντίδραση. Το ΔΣ της Ομοσπονδίας συνεδρίασε εκτάκτως το Σάββατο και επισήμανε ότι «το νομοσχέδιο φέρνει δραστικές αλλαγές στη λειτουργία της ΔΕΗ και ουσιαστικά ανατρέπει τις εργασιακές σχέσεις».
