Πρωτοποριακή εταιρεία παρουσίασε το πρώτο στον κόσμο τρισδιάστατα εκτυπωμένο φιλέτο ψαριού.
Αξιοποιώντας την βιοτεχνολογία και την μηχανική τροφίμων, η εταιρεία αναπαρήγαγε με επιτυχία την πολύπλοκη δομή, την υφή και τη γεύση ενός πραγματικού φιλέτου ψαριού, όπως λένε.
Η σύνθεση περιλαμβάνει έναν συνδυασμό συστατικών φυτικής προέλευσης και προσεκτικά επιλεγμένων βιοδραστικών συστατικών που προέρχονται από φύκια και άλγη.
Η πάστα, έπειτα, μπαίνει σε έναν τρισδιάστατο εκτυπωτή ικανό να δημιουργεί τρόφιμα.
Ο εκτυπωτής διαχειρίζεται τα στρώματα της πάστας, προκειμένου να μιμηθεί τις μυϊκές ίνες και τη συνολική υφή ενός φυσικού φιλέτου ψαριού.

Η λύση είναι ΜΙΑ..κάνει στάση από εδώ ένας κομήτης τα κάνει όλα Ώπα και άντε στα τσακιδια να ξεβρωμισει ο τόπος
