Nεώτερες πληροφορίες για την προβοκάτσια με τα χημικά που ετοιμάζουν οι τρομοκράτες στο Ιντλίμπ αναφέρουν πως ορισμένες τοξικές ουσίες μεταφέρθηκαν στο χωριό Helouz κοντά στην πόλη Jisr al-Shughour στο νότο του Ιντλίμπ για την προετοιμασία της επιχείρησης.

Θα συμμετάσχουν 250 μέλη των White Helmets μαζί με ξένους τρομοκράτες.Οι White Helmets μετέφεραν τοξικά υλικά από την τουρκική επικράτεια μέσω της διέλευσης Hasaniya, υπό την εποπτεία της Al Νousra και του τουρκικού στρατού.
