Ο βουλευτής της ρωσικής Κρατικής Δούμας Μιχαήλ Ντεγκταριόφ πρότεινε να απαγορευτεί η κατοχή και διακίνηση δολαρίων ΗΠΑ στη Ρωσία.
Ετοίμασε μάλιστα το ανάλογο νομοσχέδιο. Ο Ντεγκταριόφ δικαιολόγησε την ανάγκη να απαγορευτούν τα δολάρια ΗΠΑ λέγοντας ότι φροντίζει για τις καταθέσεις των Ρώσων.
«Αν δεν το κάνουμε τώρα, τότε τα επόμενα 5 χρόνια το κράτος θα αναγκαστεί να βοηθήσει όσους διαθέτουν δολάρια σα να είναι θύματα οικονομικής πυραμίδας», είπε ο βουλευτής.
Στο νόμο αναφέρεται χωριστά, ότι δεν αφορά κανένα άλλο νόμισμα εκτός του δολαρίου ΗΠΑ.
