Στα «αρπακτικά» του ΔΝΤ σπρώχνουν τη Βουλγαρία οι ΗΠΑ μετά το «όχι» στο ευρώ
Αίτημα προς το Διεθνές Νομισματικό Ταμείο να οργανώσει αποστολή που θα αξιολογήσει το χρηματοπιστωτικό σύστημα της Βουλγαρίας απέστειλε ο διοικητής της Κεντρικής Τράπεζας της χώρας, κατόπιν συζητήσεων που είχε με αμερικανικά χρηματοπιστωτικά ιδρύματα. Σύμφωνα με βουλγαρική εφημερίδα, το αίτημα υποβάλλεται στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος Αξιολόγησης Χρηματοοικονομικού Τομέα (FSAP)….
Η επιστολή, με αποδέκτη τον επικεφαλής του τομέα «Αγορές Χρήματος και Κεφαλαίου» του ΔΝΤ, έχει ημερομηνία 8 Αυγούστου και σ’ αυτήν μεταξύ άλλων υπενθυμίζεται ότι η τελευταία επιθεώρηση της Βουλγαρίας από αυτό το πρόγραμμα έγινε το 2008, στο πλαίσιο των διαβουλεύσεων του άρθρου 4 του Καταστατικού του ΔΝΤ, και εγκρίθηκε από το Εκτελεστικό Συμβούλιο του Ταμείου τον Μάρτιο του 2009.
Η άρνηση της κυβέρνησης να μπει η χώρα στην ευρωζώνη και να υιοθετήσει το ευρώ έχει σημάνει συναγερμό στις Βρυξέλλες και την Ουάσιγκτον καθώς θεωρούν ότι υπάρχει “κίνδυνος” να στραφεί σε επαναπροσέγγιση με τη Ρωσία και την Ευρασιατiκή Ένωση.
