Μήνυση κατά του Διομήδη Σπινέλλη, τέως Γενικό Γραμματέα Πληροφορικών Συστημάτων και του κ. Νικόαλου Λέκκα Δ/ντή Σχεδιασμού & Ελέγχων του ΣΔΟΕ και Προέδρου του Β΄ Υπηρεσιακού Συμβουλίου κατέθεσε στην Εισαγγελία Αθηνών ο Πρόεδρος της ΠΟΕ – ΔΟΥ (εφοριακοί) κ. Χαράλαμπος Νικολακόπουλος.
Στη σχετική ανακοίνωσή τους οι εφοριακοί τονίζουν ότι “η μήνυση αυτή, αφορά συκοφαντικούς ισχυρισμούς που προέβαλλαν σε εκδήλωση με θέμα «Φοροδιαφυγή και Κοινωνική Δικαιοσύνη», για την ύπαρξη «εκτεταμένης διαφθοράς στον φοροεισπρακτικό μηχανισμό», ώστε να δικαιολογήσουν τα μειωμένα φορολογικά έσοδα του κράτους.
Η περίοδος της σιωπής και της αποδοχής επιθέσεων, για την Ομοσπονδία μας, έχει περάσει οριστικά. Θα αντιδρούμε πλέον με κάθε πρόσφορο τρόπο, για να υπερασπιστούμε την τιμή και την υπόληψη των σκληρά εργαζόμενων εφοριακών.
Ας καταλάβουν το μήνυμα, όσοι (για πολλά χρόνια) μετέθεσαν στους εφοριακούς, τις βαρύτατες πολιτικές και υπηρεσιακές τους ευθύνες”.
