Το υπουργείο γεωργίας (παλιά που λεφτά υπήρχαν) νοίκιαζε δύο – τρία αεροπλάνα και αν από την ΕΜΥ προέκυπταν συνθήκες ευνοϊκές για χαλαζόπτωση έριχναν αδρανείς κόκκους σκόνης πιο πίσω πριν κατέβει ο καιρός ώστε να βρέξει πάνω στην Πίνδο και να μην αδειάσουν τα σύννεφα χαλάζι στον κάμπο και ξεπατώσει τους γεωργούς. Πολλά χρόνια τώρα. Ελάχιστες πτήσεις τον χρόνο και δεν πιάνει πάντα και νομίζω τώρα τελευταία δεν έχουν καν λεφτά για αυτό. Προφανώς το κονδύλι αυτό (που είναι τιποτένιο) είναι απλώς συνδρομή για να πηγαίνει μια φορά τον χρόνο κάποιος ταξιδάκι στις τεχνικές συναντήσεις και να ενημερώνονται για τις εξελίξεις. Μπορεί και απλά να το πληρώνουν από συνήθεια και να μην ασχολείται κανείς…ξέρετε πόσα τέτοια υπάρχουν στο δημόσιο;
