Απίστευτα επεισόδια στο Κοινοβούλιο της Τουρκίας! Η Βουλή μετατράπηκε σε …ρινγκ με αφορμή το νομοσχέδιο για το που προβλέπει την ενίσχυση του πολιτικού ελέγχου στους διορισμούς των δικαστών.
Να σημειωθεί ότι παρά την ένταση και το “ξύλο”, τελικά το νομοσχέδιο ψηφίστηκε. Ωστόσο, πριν από την ψηφοφορία ο Ταγίπ Ερντογάν απέσυρε τα πιο αμφιλεγόμενα άρθρα.
Από τα επεισόδια τρεις βουλευτές μεταφέρθκαν στο νοσοκομείο είτε με σπασμένη μύτη είτε με σπασμένα δάχτυλα. Ένας από τους τραυματίες βουλευτές είναι ο Αλί Ιχσάν Κοκτούρκ, βουλευτής του Λαϊκού Ρεπουμπλικανικού Κόμματος (CHP).
Η αντιπολίτευση υποστηρίζει ότι το νομοσχέδιο, που δίνει στον υπουργό Δικαιοσύνης τον τελευταίο λόγο όσον αφορά το διορισμό των δικαστών, είναι αντισυνταγματικό και αποσκοπέι στο να επιτραπεί στην κυβέρνηση να σταματήσει τις έρευνες για τα σκάνδαλα που την απειλούν.
Τέλος, το CHP είχε προειδοποιήσει την Πέμπτη ότι θα προσφύγει στο Συνταγματικό Δικαστήριο εάν εγκριθεί ο νόμος από το κοινοβούλιο.
