Εφτιαξα το καλοκαιρι μπολικη , απο τις φλουδες που εβγαλα απο τις ντοματες που εκανα πελτε . Δεν εχω αποξηραντη γι αυτο τις εβαλα στο φουρνο σε ταψι στρωμενο με χαρτι φουρνου αραια – να μην ακουμπαει η μια με την αλλη- στους 80 βαθμους μεχρι να τριβονται οπως στο βιντεο . Τα υπολοιπα ιδια . Ειναι καλη φαση οντως . Ειπαμε : ΔΕΝ ΠΕΤΑΜΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ . ΑΞΙΟΠΟΙΟΥΜΕ ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ .
