Το Διεθνές Νομισματικό Ταμείο αναμένεται να είναι έτοιμο να εκταμιεύσει για την Ουκρανία τον Απρίλιο την πρώτη δόση ύψους 3 δισεκατομμυρίων δολαρίων του νέου δανείου που σύναψε με το Κίεβο, έπειτα από δύο αποτυχημένα προγράμματα βοήθειας που έχει προσφέρει το Ταμείο στη χώρα.
Το ΔΝΤ συμφώνησε την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα επί της αρχής να χορηγήσει ένα δάνειο 14 με 18 δισεκατομμυρίων δολαρίων στην Ουκρανία στο πλαίσιο μιας διεθνούς βοήθειας συνολικού ύψους 27 δισεκατομμυρίων δολαρίων, ώστε το Κίεβο να καταφέρει να ανατάξει την οικονομία του.
«Η οικονομία της Ουκρανίας χρειάζεται μεταρρυθμίσεις εδώ και χρόνια», δήλωσε ο επικεφαλής της διεύθυνσης του ΔΝΤ για την Ευρώπη Ρεζά Μογαντάμ σε συνέντευξή του στην τηλεοπτική υπηρεσία του πρακτορείου ειδήσεων Reuters.
«Με τη νέα κυβέρνηση καταφέραμε να καταλήξουμε σε μια συμφωνία για το είδος των πολιτικών που θα εφαρμόσει, ώστε να μπορέσουμε να την υποστηρίξουμε με ένα οικονομικό πρόγραμμα. Φαίνεται να είναι δεσμευμένη, φαίνεται να κατέχει το πρόγραμμα μεταρρυθμίσεων και από αυτή την άποψη είμαι αισιόδοξος», πρόσθεσε ο Μογαντάμ.

Σιγά μην καταφέρει το ΔΝΤ εκεί να καθαρίσει την Ουκρανο-ρωσσική μαφία. Καμία σχέση με την Ελληνική που την ψιλομαζέμανε.
