Δεν έχουν τέλος οι τουρκικές προκλήσεις καθώς ο υπουργός Άμυνας της γειτονικής χώρας Χουλουσί Ακάρ ανέφερε πως «θα προστατεύσουμε τα δικαιώματα των τουρκοκύπριων αδελφών μας όπως κάναμε το 1974».
Μιλώντας στην τελετή έναρξης της νέας ακαδημαϊκής χρονιάς στο Πανεπιστήμιο Εθνικής Άμυνας, ο Χουλουσί Ακάρ αναφέρθηκε για ακόμα μία φορά στην επιθυμία της Τουρκίας για μία σταθερή και μόνιμη λύση για το Κυπριακό.
Δεν παρέλειψε μάλιστα να εκτοξεύσει ξανά απειλές σε βάρος της Κύπρου αναφερόμενος εμμέσως πλην σαφώς στο θέμα των υδρογονανθράκων μιλώντας για «Plan B» και «Plan C» σε σχέση με «ό, τι κάναμε το 1974».
Ο κ. Ακάρ υποστήριξε πως η Τουρκία πιστεύει στην ειρήνη και τη σταθερότητα στην περιοχή. «Έχουμε μία συγκεκριμένη στάση γύρω από τη δίκαιη κατανομή των πόρων στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο. Από την άλλη, όπως προστατεύσαμε τα δικαιώματα των αδελφών μας Κυπρίων το 1974, δεσμευόμαστε ακόμα ως εγγυήτρια χώρα. Πάντα στο πλαίσιο της διεθνούς νομοθεσίας, θα συνεχίσουμε να προστατεύουμε και τα δικά μας δικαιώματα και των Κυπρίων αδελφών μας» είπε μεταξύ άλλων.

Πάρε κόσμε πετρέλαιο, φυσικό αέριο, ενέργεια, ήλιο, τι άλλοθ έλετε, μήπως νεράκι, που έχουμε μπόλικο; χρυσό; σήμι; Και από αυτά έχουμε. Τα χαρίζουμε λέμε. Είμαστε large εμείς. Ματώνουμε καθημερινά αλλά τον πλούτο μας τον χαρίζουμε. Προλάβετε. Νεοέλληνες, τα κάναμε σκ…..
