Ο 37χρονος άνδρας άρχισε να ρίχνει χαστούκια στο θύμα, η κοπέλα προσπάθησε να ξεφύγει
Ένας 37χρονος ξυλοφόρτωσε τη σύντροφό του επειδή δεν του άρεσε το φαγητό που μαγείρεψε, όπως κατήγγειλε η παθούσα.
Άλλη μια περίπτωση ενδοοικογενειακής βίας, αυτή τη φορά στη Θεσσαλονίκη
Η υπόθεση έφτασε στα ακροατήρια των δικαστηρίων της Θεσσαλονίκης, με τον 37χρονο κατηγορούμενο να καταδικάζεται από το Αυτόφωρο σε εξαγοράσιμη ποινή φυλάκισης 2 ετών (προς 10 ευρώ ημερησίως), καθώς κρίθηκε ένοχος για ενδοοικογενειακή σωματική βλάβη.
Το θύμα προσπάθησε να ξεφύγει – Δεν ήταν η πρώτη φορά που τη χτύπησε
«Με αφορμή το φαγητό που έφτιαξα και δεν του άρεσε άρχισε να με χτυπάει με χαστούκια στο πρόσωπο. Προσπάθησα να ξεφύγω και έτρεξα προς την εξώπορτα, όμως μπήκε μπροστά μου και με άρπαξε από τα μαλλιά. Κατάφερα να φύγω από το διαμέρισμα και βγήκα στον δρόμο ψάχνοντας για ταξί. Τα χείλη μου έτρεχαν αίμα» ανέφερε η καταγγέλλουσα στην κατάθεσή της στους αστυνομικούς που διαβάστηκε στο δικαστήριο, αφού η ίδια δεν παρέστη στη δίκη. Κατήγγειλε δε, ανάλογα περιστατικά βίας εις βάρος της από τον ίδιο άντρα και κατά το παρελθόν.
Ο κατηγορούμενος στην απολογία του αποδέχθηκε την πράξη, αλλά αρνήθηκε ότι ο λόγος για την αντίδρασή του ήταν το φαγητό, κάνοντας λόγο για προσωπικής φύσεως διαφορές που πυροδοτούν κατά καιρούς εντάσεις μεταξύ τους.
