Πρόκειται για τον Montane Muriel – Gerard του Andre Phillippe και της Carmemtrany Yvette, γεννημένου στις 18-04-1965 στη Γαλλία.
Ο 52χρονος συνελήφθη όταν 4 ανήλικοι αλλοδαποί κατήγγειλαν ότι, αρχές Ιανουαρίου του τρέχοντος έτους, εξαιτίας της ευάλωτης κοινωνικής τους κατάστασης, δέχτηκαν να φιλοξενηθούν από τον 52χρονο στο σπίτι του στην περιοχή της Τούμπας, ο οποίος ισχυρίστηκε ότι θα τους παρείχε στέγη και τροφή.
Σύμφωνα με την καταγγελία των ανηλίκων, ο κατηγορούμενος, κατά την παραμονή τους στην οικία του, προέβαινε επανειλημμένα σε ασελγείς πράξεις σε βάρος τους.
Σε έρευνα που διενεργήθηκε στην οικία του 52χρονου, βρέθηκαν και κατασχέθηκαν έξι σκληροί δίσκοι και μία κάρτα αποθήκευσης ψηφιακών δεδομένων, τα οποία εστάλησαν για εργαστηριακή πραγματογνωμοσύνη, καθώς και ναρκωτικά χάπια.
