«Αν παίρνεις το λάδι από κατά κύριο επάγγελμα αγρότη, είναι παράνομο. Αν το παίρνετε από ετεροεπαγγελματία, δεν είναι παράνομο» τόνισε το πρωί της Κυριακής 12/1 ο ελαιοπαραγωγός και αντιπρόεδρος ένωσης αγροτικού συνεταιρισμού Ηρακλείου, Μύρων Χιλετζάκης, μιλώντας στο MEGA.
«Υπάρχουν κάποιοι πολίτες που έχουν φύγει από τα χωριά τους, έχουν τα κτήματα στο χωριό και τα έχουν δώσει σε κάποιους και τους λένε καλλιέργησέ τα και στέλνε μου δυο τενεκέδες λαδί. Αυτό πλέον θα είναι παράνομο» δήλωσε.
«Το ερώτημα είναι όμως το εξής: εφαρμόζονται οι νόμοι στη χώρα μας; Γιατί και το 2017 είδαμε έναν νόμο πάλι στο ελαιόλαδο που να λέει στην εστίαση ότι θα πρέπει να υπάρχουν ατομικές μερίδες ελαιόλαδου, να είναι συσκευασμένο το λάδι κτλ. εφαρμόστηκε αυτός ο νόμος; Δεν εφαρμόστηκε» είπε κλείνοντας.
