Ανατριχίλα προκαλεί η υπόθεση αιμομιξίας στην Κρήτη, με μια 13χρονη να κυοφορεί το παιδί του 15χρονου αδερφού της.
Την ώρα που βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη η έρευνα για την υπόθεση της 15χρονης που έμεινε έγκυος και γέννησε στο νοσοκομείο Ρεθύμνου με τον 48χρονο φίλο του πατέρα της ανήλικης να προφυλακίζεται, άλλη μια σοκαριστική υπόθεση με ανήλικα παιδιά στο Ρέθυμνο, έρχεται να προκαλέσει προβληματισμό.
Όπως αποκάλυψε ο πρόεδρος αστυνομικών υπαλλήλων ΝΑ Αττικής Γ. Καλλιακμάνης, μιλώντας στην εκπομπή του Star «Αλήθειες με την Ζήνα», μια 13χρονη έμεινε έγκυος από τον 15χρονο αδερφό της στην Κρήτη. Σύμφωνα με τον ίδιο, τα δύο αδέρφια με καταγωγή από τη Βουλγαρία, δηλώνουν μάλιστα ότι είναι ερωτευμένα και ότι η πράξη έγινε με συναίνεση!
Όπως προβλέπει η νομοθεσία, δεν υπάρχει θέμα συναίνεσης καθώς το κορίτσι είναι ανήλικο, ενώ παράλληλα παραβιάζεται και ο νόμος περί αιμομιξίας.
