Στα χέρια της Δίωξης Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος έπεσε ένας 34χρονος ο οποίος κατείχε υλικό παιδικής πορνογραφίας.
Η Δίωξη, αφού αξιοποίησε στοιχεία του οργανισμού National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, που εδρεύει στις ΗΠΑ, εντόπισε ηλεκτρονικό ίχνος χρήστη, ο οποίος κατείχε και διαμοίραζε, μέσω διαδικτύου, υλικό πορνογραφίας ανηλίκων.
Το επίμαχο ηλεκτρονικό ίχνος αντιστοιχούσε στην οικία του 34χρονου, σε περιοχή της Αττικής.
Σε έρευνα που διενεργήθηκε βρέθηκαν και κατασχέθηκαν δύο εσωτερικοί και δύο εξωτερικοί σκληροί δίσκοι, στους οποίους εντοπίστηκε πλήθος αρχείων υλικού πορνογραφίας ανηλίκων.
Ο 34χρονος, με τη δικογραφία που σχηματίστηκε σε βάρος του, οδηγήθηκε στην Εισαγγελία Πρωτοδικών Αθηνών.
