Στα επείγοντα του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Λάρισας έφτασε ένας νεαρός, το απόγευμα της Κυριακής, μετά από δάγκωμα φιδιού.
Όπως αναφέρει το larissanet, ο νεαρός κατάλαβε το δάγκωμα του φιδιού και ένας άνδρας που ήταν μαζί του, τον μετέφερε στα επείγοντα του νοσοκομείου, που εφημέρευε, ώστε να του παρασχεθούν οι πρώτες βοήθειες.
Για το περιστατικό ενημερώθηκε και η αστυνομία, η οποία συνόδευσε το όχημα να φτάσει με ασφάλεια στο νοσοκομείο.
Να σημειωθεί ότι στην Ελλάδα υπάρχουν συνολικά 23 είδη φιδιών και 6 είδη άποδων σαυρών που μοιάζουν με φίδια. Τα δηλητηριώδη φίδια της χώρας μας είναι 7. Από αυτά, όπως αναφέρει, τα 5 είναι είδη οχιάς και είναι τα μόνα που έχουν επικίνδυνο για εμάς δάγκωμα. Τα υπόλοιπα δύο δηλητηριώδη δεν ανήκουν στις οχιές και έχουν πολύ ασθενές δηλητήριο για να μας προκαλέσουν βλάβες. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα φίδια και άποδες σαύρες είναι μη δηλητηριώδη, εντελώς ακίνδυνα.

Εάν χρειαστεί κάποιος πρέπει να αποταθουν τα επαρχιακά νοσοκομεία στις κεντρικες νοσοκομειακες μονάδες και εάν υπάρχει να τους δωθεί. Ως γνωστό τα φίδια χτυπούν στην ύπαιθρο και όχι εντός πόλεως συνήθως, οπότε πολυτιμος χρόνος και ζωές χάνονται. Η δικαιολογία τους ήταν ότι ο αντιοφικος ορρος κοστίζει και δεν διατηρείται για μακρο χρονικό διάστημα….
