Μεγάλη δασική πυρκαγιά ξέσπασε το μεσημέρι της Κυριακής στην περιοχή Ροδινά Ζαχάρως στην Ηλεία.
Σύμφωνα με τελευταίες πληροφορίες, η πυρκαγιά είναι σε εξέλιξη και αυτή την ώρα βρίσκεται κοντά στον οικισμό, αλλά μέχρι στιγμής δεν απειλούνται σπίτια.
Η φωτιά καίει έκταση με πουρνάρια σε πλαγιά κοντά στο χωριό ενώ για την κατάσβεσή της επιχειρούν 22 πυροσβέστες με 11 οχήματα, μία ομάδα πεζοπόρο τμήμα, 5 αεροπλάνα PZL και 1 CANADAIR.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες ένα πυροσβεστικό όχημα εγκλωβίστηκε στο μέτωπο της πυρκαγιάς. Το προσωπικο είναι καλά στην υγεία του και γίνεται προσπάθεια από αέρος για την κατάσβεση τοπικά στο σημείο. Λίγη ώρα μετά απεγκλωβίστηκε το όχημα.
