Η πρόταση υποβάλλεται από απλούς Έλληνες πολίτες στον Έλληνα Πρωθυπουργό τον Αμερικανό Πρόεδρο και στον Πρόεδρο της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
Με τον τρόπο αυτό παράλληλα θα δυνηθεί η συμμετοχή της Κύπρου στο ΝΑΤΟ μέσω της ένωσής της με την Ελλάδα γεγονός που θα λειτουργήσει ως επιπλέον παράγοντας σταθερότητας στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο.
Μην ξεχνάτε ότι , βασικός στόχος του σχεδίου «ΦΑΛΑΓΓΑ» είναι η πλήρης ένωση της Ελλάδας με την Κύπρο ( αποδεχόμαστε τροποποιημένο το σχέδιο του Ντην Άτσεσον του 1964) .Τα τελευταία γεγονότα επισπεύδουν την υλοποίηση αυτού του στόχου .
