Όλοι, οι μη εκλεγμένοι, θα λάβουν αποζημίωση από την παρακράτηση 10% του μισθού των εκλεγμένων βουλευτών του κόμματος. Η αποζημίωση θα είναι ανάλογη των ψήφων του κάθε μη εκλεγμένου, αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση θα καλύπτει τα έξοδα του προεκλογικού αγώνα. Κανένας δεν είναι υποχρεωμένος να τα βάζει από την τσέπη του.
