Ο γιατρός του Νοσοκομείου Μυτιλήνης έφυγε από τη ζωή στα 61 του χρόνια, ενώ λίγες μέρες νωρίτερα κατέληξε η διευθύντρια της Νοσηλευτικής υπηρεσίας
Απεβίωσε λόγω ανακοπής το βράδυ της Δευτέρας 13 Ιουνίου ο πολύ γνωστός καρδιολόγος του Νοσοκομείου Μυτιλήνης, Φώτης Παπαλυσάνδρου σε ηλικία 61 ετών.
Γεννήθηκε το 1961 στην Κύπρο και από το 1995 ζούσε στη Μυτιλήνη και υπηρετούσε ως Συντονιστής- Διευθυντής Καρδιολογικής Κλινικής του Βοστάνειου Νοσοκομείου Μυτιλήνης. Διετέλεσε πρόεδρος της Επιστημονικής Επιτροπής του Νοσοκομείου Μυτιλήνης και για περισσότερα από 10 χρόνια αντιπρόεδρος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Λέσβου.
Ας σημειωθεί ότι στις 9 Ιουνίου κατέληξε η διευθύντρια της νοσηλευτικής υπηρεσίας του Νοσοκομείου Μυτιλήνης, Σουλτάνα Ρεπάνη.
