Τρείς άνθρωποι σκοτώθηκαν και ένας τραυματίστηκε σοβαρά στην πόλη Κάντιθ, στη νοτιοδυτική Ισπανία, όταν τους χτύπησε λεωφορείο, του οποίου ο οδηγός έχασε τον έλεγχο. Το λεωφορείο έπεσε πάνω σε περαστικούς, ανακοίνωσαν οι αρχές.

Βίντεο που δημοσιεύτηκαν στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης δείχνουν το όχημα με εντελώς σπασμένο το παρμπρίζ και τους πυροσβέστες να προσπαθούν να μετακινήσουν έναν φοίνικα που έπεσε πάνω στη στέγη του λεωφορείου, το οποίο σταμάτησε κοντά σε ένα εμπορικό κέντρο.

Οι αρχές δεν εξήγησαν γιατί χάθηκε ο έλεγχος του λεωφορείου αλλά ισπανικά μέσα ενημέρωσης αναφέρουν ότι το όχημα φαίνεται πως είχε πρόβλημα στα φρένα.
Ο επικεφαλής της κυβέρνησης της περιφέρειας της Ανδαλουσίας Χουάν Μανουέλ Μορένο δήλωσε “αναστατωμένος” από την είδηση αυτού του “τραγικού δυστυχήματος”.
