Ένας 7χρονος μαθητής δέχτηκε επίθεση με μαχαίρι μέσα στη μέση του δρόμου, στη Βασιλεία, ενώ επέστρεφε από το σχολείο του, από μια 75χρονη γυναίκα η οποία παραδόθηκε στην αστυνομία.
Το παιδί γύριζε με τα πόδια, μόνο του, από το σχολείο στο σπίτι όταν του επιτέθηκε η γυναίκα, γύρω στις 12.45 το μεσημέρι, τοπική ώρα.
Μια δασκάλα που περνούσε από την περιοχή με το ποδήλατό της, το εντόπισε λίγο αργότερα βαριά τραυματισμένο και κάλεσε αμέσως τις πρώτες βοήθειες, όμως το παιδί άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή στο νοσοκομείο όπου μεταφέρθηκε.
Λίγη ώρα αργότερα, μια γυναίκα ηλικίας 75 ετών παρουσιάστηκε στην αστυνομία και ομολόγησε ότι μαχαίρωσε το παιδί, χωρίς να εξηγήσει τους λόγους της πράξης της.
Η γυναίκα συνελήφθη και οι αστυνομικοί ερευνούν ποια σχέση ή ποιες διαφορές μπορεί να είχε με την οικογένεια του 7χρονου.
