Ο παραγωγός «This Week» του ABC News, Dax Tejera, πέθανε σε ηλικία 37 ετών
Ο Dax Tejera, ο παραγωγός του ABC «This Week with George Stephanopoulos», πέθανε ξαφνικά την Παρασκευή σε ηλικία 37 ετών.
Η πρόεδρος του ABC News Kim Goodwin ανακοίνωσε «με βαριά καρδιά και μεγάλη λύπη» ότι ο Tejera πέθανε από καρδιακή προσβολή το βράδυ της Παρασκευής, σύμφωνα με ένα σημείωμα που έστειλε στο προσωπικό της εταιρείας που έλαβε η Mediaite.
Άφησε πίσω την σύζυγό του, Βερόνικα, και τις δύο μικρές κόρες τους. Η Goodwin δήλωσε ότι θα κοινοποιήσει περισσότερες πληροφορίες τις επόμενες ημέρες.
Ο Tejera εντάχθηκε στο ABC News το 2017 ως ανώτερος παραγωγός προτού προωθηθεί στον εκτελεστικό παραγωγό της εκπομπής του Στεφανόπουλου τον Φεβρουάριο του 2020, αναφέρει το προφίλ του στο LinkedIn.
Προηγουμένως εργάστηκε για πέντε χρόνια στο NBC ως ερευνητής, συντάκτης και στη συνέχεια παραγωγός και για τέσσερα χρόνια ως εκτελεστικός παραγωγός στο «America with Jorge Ramos» στο Fusion Media Network.
Αποφοίτησε από το Ντάρτμουθ με πτυχίο ιστορίας προτού παρακολουθήσει το Graduate School of Journalism της Κολούμπια.
