Επίσης ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος αναφέρθηκε και στο ζήτημα των σημαιών που έχουν κατέβει από όλα τα ρωσικά διπλωματικά κτίρια που βρίσκονται στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, είπε χαρακτηριστικά ότι είναι δύσκολο για μένα να φανταστώ ότι κατά την Σοβιετική εποχή οι σοβιετικές σημαίες θα κατέβαιναν από τα διπλωματικά κτίρια.
Δημοσιογράφοι Επίσης έκαναν ερώτηση σχετικά με την συμμετοχή του στις επόμενες προεδρικές εκλογές που θα γίνουν το 2018 τι απάντησε ο Πούτιν;Aρκέστηκε να πει ένα ανέκδοτο. Υπήρξαν πολυάριθμες ερωτήσεις από τους δημοσιογράφους όπου οι απαντήσεις θα αναλυθούν τις επόμενες ημέρες.
