Σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις ασθενείς καταφέρνουν και αναρρώσουν και να νικήσουν τον ιό, όπως στην περίπτωση μιας 87χρονης γυναίκας.
Η 87χρονη κατάφερε και γιατρεύτηκε μετά από δέκα ημέρες νοσηλείας στο νοσοκομείο της Ουχάν στις 28 Ιανουαρίου και έλαβε εξιτήριο.
Φυσικά η στιγμή αυτή απαθανατίστηκε στο πιο κάτω βίντεο.
