Μεγάλη έκρηξη σημειώθηκε το μεσημέρι της Τρίτης στις εγκαταστάσεις της Ακαδημίας Στρατού στην Αγία Πετρούπολη, με τις πληροφορίες από τα ρωσικά ΜΜΕ να αναφέρονται σε τραυματίες, ενώ τα αίτια παραμένουν άγνωστα.
Όπως μεταδίδει το ρωσικό πρακτορείο Sputnik, σε δηλώσεις του εκπρόσωπος το υπηρεσιών έκτακτης ανάγκης «σύμφωνα με τα πρώτα στοιχεία, τέσσερις δόκιμοι τραυματίστηκαν ως αποτέλεσμα έκρηξης. Η αιτία της έκρηξης είναι ακόμα άγνωστη».
Στο σημείο έχουν σπεύσει ασθενοφόρα και δυνάμεις της αστυνομίας.

Ολοι οι τραυματίες είχαν ήδη λάβει ιατρική περίθαλψη και ότι βρίσκονται εκτός κινδύνου.
Να σημειωθεί πως, η ακαδημία Mozhaysky στην Αγία Πετρούπολη, όπου έγινε το συμβάν είναι ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα στρατιωτικά ιδρύματα στη Ρωσία.
