Στο χώρο του μνημείου του Λένιν στο Κίεβο εμφανίστηκε ένα τεράστιο μπλε χέρι, αυτό ονομάζεται Middle Way και δημιουργήθηκε από τον ρουμάνο γλύπτη Bogdan Ratsi. Σύμφωνα με τον γλήπτη το συγκεκριμένο γλυπτό συμβολίζει τη φιλία και την επικοινωνία.
Διευκρίνισε ότι το έργο τέχνης εγκαταστάθηκε στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Κιεβο μία πόλη της ειρήνης όπου Ξεκίνησε από τον δήμαρχο της πόλης Vitali Klichko.
Ο σκοπός του προγράμματος είναι να διαδώσει την πολιτιστική κληρονομιά των χωρών του κόσμου στο Κίεβο.
