Παγκόσμιο σάλο έχει προκαλέσει η πρόταση αξιωματούχου της Βορειοατλαντικής συμμαχίας για ένταξη της Ουκρανίας στο ΝΑΤΟ με αντάλλαγμα την παραχώρηση εδαφών στην Ρωσία.
Η πρώτη αντίδραση ήρθε από τον υπαρχηγό του Πούτιν, Ντμίτρι Μεντβέντεφ και ήταν σαρκαστική: «Ποια εδάφη έχει η Ουκρανία»;
Ολόκληρη η ανάρτηση του:
«Μια νέα ιδέα για την Ουκρανία προέκυψε από το γραφείο της Βορειοατλαντικής Συμμαχίας: Η Ουκρανία θα μπορέσει να ενταχθεί στο ΝΑΤΟ εάν παραιτηθεί από τα αμφισβητούμενα εδάφη.
Είναι μια ενδιαφέρουσα ιδέα. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι όλα τα ουκρανικά – υποτίθεται – εδάφη είναι αμφισβητούμενα. Και για να μπουν στη συμμαχία, οι αρχές του Κιέβου θα πρέπει να εγκαταλείψουν ακόμη και το ίδιο το Κίεβο, την πρωτεύουσα της «Αρχαίας Ρωσίας».
Και έτσι η πρωτεύουσά τους θα πρέπει να μεταφερθεί στο Lvov. Αν δηλαδή οι Πολωνοί συμφωνήσουν να αφήσουν το Lemberg στους λάτρεις του χοιρινού λίπους και της κοκαΐνης…»
Με απλά λόγια, ο Μεντβέντεφ αποκαλύπτει ότι στόχος της Ρωσίας είναι η πλήρης διάλυση της Ουκρανίας…
