Σαν βόμβα έπεσε η είδηση-χαστούκι στην Άγκυρα ότι στην προγραμματισμένη επίσκεψη του Ερντογάν στις ΗΠΑ για να πάρει μέρος στην Διεθνή Διάσκεψη για την Πυρηνική Ασφάλεια κρίθηκε ανεπιθύμητος και αποκλείστηκε κάθε επαφή του με τον Αμερικανό πρόεδρο, Μπάρακ Ομπάμα.
Όπως αναφέρουν τα τουρκικά ΜΜΕ, η προγραμματισμένη επίσκεψη του Τούρκου πρόεδρου στις ΗΠΑ έχει ήδη ξεσηκώσει έντονες αντιδράσεις και όπως δήλωσε χαρακτηριστικά ο Αμερικανός διπλωμάτης και σύμβουλος του αμερικανικού υπουργείου Εξωτερικών, Alan Makovsky, ο Ερντογάν είναι ανεπιθύμητο πρόσωπο για τις ΗΠΑ.
Συγκεκριμένα ο Αμερικανός διπλωμάτης επέκρινε έντονα τον Ερντογάν για επιβολή δικτατορικού καθεστώτος στην Τουρκία και απέκλεισε την πιθανότητα αν τελικά έρθει στις ΗΠΑ, να συναντηθεί με τον Αμερικανό πρόεδρο.
Ο Alan Makovsky που εκφράζει την αμερικανική κυβέρνηση, κατήγγειλε ότι στην Τουρκία παραβιάζονται οι στοιχειώδεις δημοκρατικές ελευθερίες και μετά τα γεγονότα του Gezipark έχει επιβληθεί δικτατορικό καθεστώς, ενώ κατηγόρησε την Τουρκία ότι στήριξε τους Τζιχαντιστές στα εγκλήματα του στην Συρία.
Τέτοιο χαστούκι σίγουρα δεν το περίμεναν στην Άγκυρα και… έπαιτε και συνέχεια!
