Ο εργάτης της φάρμας ξύπνησε την Τετάρτη γύρω στις 5 το πρωί για να αρμέξει δύο αγελάδες πριν συναντηθεί με τον ιδιοκτήτη για πρωινό.
Ο συνάδελφός του αποκάλυψε ότι το θύμα επέστρεψε στη συνέχεια για να μαζέψει ακόμα περισσότερο γάλα από τις αγελάδες. Όταν εκείνος καθυστέρησε, ο συνάδελφός του αναζήτησε και στη συνέχεια τον εντόπισε να κείτεται νεκρός δίπλα σε μια από τις αγελάδες του.
Ο συνάδελφος του θύματος μετακίνησε το σώμα του άνδρα και παρατήρησε ότι φορούσε προφυλακτικό.
Οι διασώστες προσπάθησαν να επαναφέρουν στη ζωή τον εργάτη της φάρμας, ο οποίος δεν είχε καρδιακό παλμό, και διαπίστωσαν τον θάνατό του μία ώρα αργότερα.
Το περιστατικό έρχεται σχεδόν πέντε μήνες μετά τη δολοφονία ενός Ρώσου τουρίστα που φέρεται να προσπάθησε να βιάσει μια αγελάδα στην Ταϊλάνδη.
