Η Ελληνική κυβέρνηση, εξαιρεί την περιοχή Καστελόριζου, από την Α.Ο.Ζ….. προσπαθώντας να εφαρμόσει πολιτικά, την συμφωνημένη Συνθήκη της Μαδρίτης του 1997.
Προφανώς από την άλλη, αυτή η πολιτική παραχώρησει εκ μέρους της Ελλάδος ΔΕΝ αρκεί για την Τουρκία (Καζάν – Καζάν)… που πιέζη οπλιτικά… ώστε να έχει πολιτικά μεγαλύτερο μερίδιο στην μοιρασιά.
Βεβαίως το ελληνικό "εφοπλιστάν" δεν θέλει να βγουν τα πετρέλαια του Αιγαίου, και όχι μόνο του Αιγαίου… διότι έτσι θα χάσει το μονοπώλιο εισαγωγής πετρελαιοειδών… και δυστηχώς για αυτούς… και για αυτούς… δεν υπάρχουν άλλα κράτοι που να μπορούν δίνουν μίζα τόσο πολλά δις ευρώ κάθε έτος… μέσω του λαθρεμπορίου πετρελαιοειδών.

αποκλείεται να είναι ο πατέρας του γιαπωνέζος γιατί το επώνυμό του είναι ελληνικό και μάλιστα μυκονιάτικο (Ζουγανέλης).
