Ρολό κοτόπουλο γεμιστό με τυρί στο οποίο διαπιστώθηκε παρουσία σαλμονέλας ανακαλεί από την αγορά ο Ενιαίος Φορέας Ελέγχου Τροφίμων.
Συγκεκριμένα, ο ΕΦΕΤ και ειδικότερα η Περιφερειακή Διεύθυνση Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας κατά τη διενέργεια ελέγχων προέβη σε δειγματοληψία παρασκευάσματος κρέατος με τα στοιχεία: «ΡΟΛΟ ΚΟΤΟΠΟΥΛΟ ΓΕΜΙΣΤΟ ΜΕ ΤΥΡΙ 1 κιλ. ΚΤΨ»., με ημερομηνία κατάψυξης 10/03/2021 και ανάλωσης 01/09/2022, που παράγεται από την εταιρεία «ΦΛΩΡΙΔΗΣ Α.Ε.Β.Ε.Κ. και σε συνεργασία με τα Εργαστήρια Δοκιμών και Ερευνών Τροφίμων Θεσσαλονίκης του ΕΦΕΤ, διαπιστώθηκε η παρουσία του παθογόνου μικροοργανισμού Salmonella spp. στο ανωτέρω δείγμα.
Ο ΕΦΕΤ απαίτησε την άμεση ανάκληση του συνόλου της συγκεκριμένης παρτίδας του εν λόγω προϊόντος και ήδη βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη οι σχετικοί έλεγχοι. Παράλληλα, καλεί τους καταναλωτές που έχουν προμηθευτεί το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν να μην το καταναλώσουν.
