Φίλοι γονείς κικλαρετε πάνω στην δήλωση δεξί κλικ και αποθήκευση στον υπολογιστή σας οστε να το τυπώσετε και να το καταθέσετε στην διεύθυνση του σχολείου και στην πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση της περιοχής σας αν το παιδί σας πηγαίνει στο νηπιαγωγείο ή στο δημοτικό σχολείο και στην δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση αν το παιδί σας πηγαίνει σε γυμνάσιο ή λύκειο και ζητάτε να σας δώσουν αριθμό πρωτοκόλλου!
